سياسة الخصوصية — أكاديمية بناء

تشرح هذه السياسة كيف تجمع أكاديمية بناء ("بناء"، "نحن") بياناتك وتستخدمها وتحميها عند استخدامك موقعنا وتطبيقات بناء على ويندوز وماك والهاتف.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها

بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، وكلمة المرور (تُحفظ مشفّرة ولا نطّلع عليها). إذا سجّلت الدخول بحساب Google أو Apple نستلم منهما الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني فقط.
بيانات الجهاز والجلسة: معرّف فريد للجهاز يُنشئه التطبيق، واسم الجهاز، ونظام التشغيل، وآخر عنوان IP وآخر وقت استخدام لكل جهاز، ورموز الدخول (access/refresh tokens). نستخدمها لحماية حسابك وتطبيق الحد الأقصى لعدد الأجهزة (3 أجهزة بين الهاتف وسطح المكتب).
بيانات المصدر التسويقي: عند الشراء قد نسجّل مصدر الزيارة (مثل معاملات UTM أو fbclid أو gclid) لقياس فعالية حملاتنا.
بيانات التعلّم: الكورسات والبرامج المشترك بها، تقدّمك في الدروس وموضع التوقف، ملاحظاتك على الفيديو، تقييماتك وتعليقاتك، وقائمة المفضلة.
بيانات الشراء: محتويات السلة والطلبات والإيصالات. تتم عمليات الدفع لدى مزوّد الدفع Paymob، ولا نحفظ بيانات بطاقتك البنكية، ونحتفظ فقط بسجلات الطلبات والمعاملات.
بيانات التشغيل والحماية: بيانات تقنية لازمة لتشغيل الفيديو المحمي مثل مفاتيح الترخيص المرتبطة بحسابك وجهازك.

2. بيانات تُحفظ على جهازك فقط

الدروس المحمّلة للمشاهدة دون اتصال: تُحفظ مشفّرة على جهازك ولا يمكن تشغيلها إلا من حسابك.
ملفات المرفقات التي تحمّلها تُحفظ في مجلد التنزيلات الذي تختاره، وتظل ملفات عادية على جهازك.
ذاكرة مؤقتة للصور لتسريع التطبيق.
جلسة تسجيل الدخول ومفاتيح التشفير: محمية بآليات الحماية في نظام التشغيل (Windows DPAPI / macOS Keychain).
فحوص حماية المحتوى: يتحقق التطبيق محلياً من وجود تسجيل للشاشة أو جلسة Remote Desktop أو جهاز افتراضي لمنع نسخ الفيديو. تتم هذه الفحوص على جهازك ولا نرسل نتائجها إلينا.

3. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

تقديم الكورسات وتشغيل الفيديو ومتابعة تقدمك.
إدارة حسابك والأجهزة المسجلة وحماية المحتوى من النسخ غير المصرح به.
إتمام عمليات الشراء وإرسال الإيصالات.
إرسال الإشعارات المتعلقة بالكورسات والحساب داخل التطبيق وعبر البريد الإلكتروني وواتساب، وفق إعدادات الإشعارات لديك.
قياس فعالية الحملات التسويقية من خلال مصدر الطلب.
الدعم الفني وتحسين الخدمة.
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية.

4. مشاركة البيانات

نشارك البيانات فقط مع مزودي خدمات يعملون لصالحنا وبالقدر اللازم: الاستضافة وتخزين الفيديو، ومزوّد الدفع، وخدمات تسجيل الدخول (Google وApple) عند استخدامها. وقد نفصح عن البيانات إذا طلب القانون ذلك.

5. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال فترة وجود حسابك. يمكنك تقديم طلب حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق (إعدادات الحساب) أو بمراسلتنا على [email protected]. عند تنفيذ الحذف تُحذف رموز الدخول ويُلغى تسجيل أجهزتك، مع الاحتفاظ بسجلات الطلبات والمعاملات المالية للمدة التي يتطلبها القانون. الدروس المحمّلة على جهازك تُحذف بإزالة التطبيق أو من داخل المكتبة دون اتصال.

6. حقوقك

يمكنك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتعديلها من صفحة الحساب، وطلب نسخة منها أو حذفها، وإيقاف الإشعارات غير الضرورية.

7. الأمان

نستخدم اتصالاً مشفّراً (HTTPS)، وتشفير الفيديو، وحماية مفاتيح الجهاز. لا يوجد نظام آمن بنسبة 100%، لذا نوصي بكلمة مرور قوية وعدم مشاركة حسابك.

8. الأطفال

خدماتنا موجهة للمهندسين وطلبة الهندسة، وليست موجهة للأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات منهم. إذا علمنا بجمع بيانات طفل دون هذه السن نحذفها.

9. التعديلات

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسننشر النسخة الجديدة على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث.

Privacy Policy — Benaa Academy

This policy explains how Benaa Academy ("Benaa", "we") collects, uses and protects your data when you use our website and the Benaa apps for Windows, macOS and mobile.

1. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, phone number and password (stored hashed; we can't read it). If you sign in with Google or Apple we receive your name and email only.
Device and session data: an app-generated device identifier, device name, operating system, last IP address and last-seen time per device, and sign-in tokens (access/refresh tokens), used to secure your account and enforce the device limit (3 devices across mobile and desktop).
Marketing attribution: when you place an order we may record where the visit came from (such as UTM, fbclid or gclid parameters) to measure our campaigns.
Learning data: enrolled courses and programs, lesson progress and resume position, your video notes, ratings and comments, and favorites.
Purchase data: cart, orders and receipts. Payments are processed by our payment provider Paymob; we don't store your card details, only order and transaction records.
Playback and protection data: technical data needed to play protected video, such as license keys bound to your account and device.

2. Data kept only on your device

Lessons downloaded for offline viewing are stored encrypted and play only for your account.
Course attachments you download are saved to the downloads folder you choose and remain ordinary files on your device.
A local image cache speeds up the app.
Your sign-in session and encryption keys are protected by the operating system (Windows DPAPI / macOS Keychain).
Content-protection checks (screen recording, Remote Desktop, virtual machines) run locally to prevent copying; their results aren't sent to us.

3. How we use your data

To deliver courses and video playback and track your progress; manage your account and registered devices and protect content from unauthorized copying; complete purchases and send receipts; send course and account notifications in the app, by email and on WhatsApp per your settings; measure marketing campaigns from order attribution; and provide support and improve the service. We don't sell your personal data.

4. Sharing

Only with service providers acting for us, as needed: hosting and video storage, the payment provider, and Google/Apple sign-in when you use it; or when required by law.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. You can request account deletion in the app (account settings) or by emailing [email protected]. When deletion is carried out, your sign-in tokens are deleted and your devices are revoked, while order and financial transaction records are kept as required by law. Downloaded lessons are removed by uninstalling the app or from the offline library.

6. Your rights

You can view and edit your data from your account page, request a copy or deletion, and turn off non-essential notifications.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), video encryption and protected device keys. No system is 100% secure, so use a strong password and don't share your account.

8. Children

Our services are intended for engineers and engineering students and aren't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
